This tool is CSV to TILED SVG Map converter to educate how to build the tiled SVGMap contents.
This tool generates the SVG Map contents by which tiling was performed from a CSV file. Default tile interval (pitch) is 1 degrees.
This software is coded by Java without extra class libraries. This is the open source software based on a LGPL (v2.1) license.
